What we collect
Your account email, the answers you give in the questionnaire, the pathway reports generated for you, documents you upload to your vault, and the milestones, reminders, cases and trips you enter.
Why we collect it
To generate your pathway comparison, keep your checklists and deadlines available across devices, and let you retrieve your own documents.
Document storage
Uploads are held in a private storage bucket. Access is restricted to your own account, and downloads use short-lived links that expire within minutes.
AI processing
The text of your questionnaire answers is sent to our AI provider to generate your report. Do not paste passport numbers, receipt numbers or other identifiers into free-text answers — they are not needed for the analysis.
Sharing
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with employers, recruiters or legal service providers. Data is shared only with the infrastructure and AI providers needed to run the service.
Retention and deletion
Your data stays until you delete it or ask us to. Write to us and we will delete your account, documents and reports.
Cookies and local storage
We store your session and your language preference. We do not run advertising trackers.
Your choices
You can edit or delete any entry in your portal at any time, download your report, and request a full export or erasure by email.
