JobVisa AI is an educational technology tool that compares U.S. immigration pathways using published criteria from USCIS, the Department of State and the Department of Labor. It is not a law firm, not a government agency, and not affiliated with either. Nothing here is legal advice or a prediction of any case outcome.
No attorney-client relationship
Using this site creates no attorney-client relationship. We do not represent you, review your case, file anything on your behalf, or refer you to legal service providers.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for verifying every requirement, form edition, fee and deadline against the current official source before acting or filing. Government rules, fees and processing times change without notice.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must give accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and use the service only for your own lawful purposes. Do not upload content you have no right to store, and do not attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.
AI-generated content
Pathway scores and reasoning are generated by an AI model from the answers you provide. Output can be incomplete or wrong. Treat it as a study aid, not a determination.
Payments
Paid plans are described on the plans page. Prices are in U.S. dollars. One-time purchases give access to the deliverable described; subscriptions renew until cancelled.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobVisa AI is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the information provided, including denied, delayed or abandoned applications.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date shown below when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
